Kingstown Furniture is the largest manufacturer of assembled bedroom and living furniture in the UK, serving premium independent retailers. From its factory and headquarters in Hull, East Yorkshire, Kingstown supply retailers and consumers with high quality furniture and provide a first-class service that is uniquely tailored to the particular requirements of their customers.
This role will play an integral part in maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing retailer customers, as well as supporting the wider commercial team in building relationships with new customers, through identifying new markets and pursuing opportunities as they arise.
The ideal candidate:
This role would suit a self-starting, experienced, highly motivated, confident individual who is comfortable in working independently, as well as alongside team members. The successful candidate will be able to present effectively, communicate at all levels and confidently represent the company to all customers.
Ability to manage, grow and build relationships with both new and existing customers.
A strong working knowledge of the furniture sector and marketplace, with associated experience of the products and supply chain would also be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with experience in account managing for product launches and reviews of existing customers would also be preferred. Full training will be given, but the successful candidate will have a demonstrable passion and tenacity to deliver commercial results, and drive sales growth.
Full driving licence required.
