Guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of twelve months from the date of despatch from our factory. This does not affect customers’ statutory rights.
As part of Kingstown’s policy of continuous development, it may be necessary at times to make changes to the specifications of our products and we reserve the right to do so.
Features of Kingstown Furniture. Kingstown furniture selects its finishes with extreme care to enhance the characteristics of the ranges and to prevent any serious inconsistencies. We cannot guarantee any one piece of furniture will exactly match another.
Some of our furniture is individually hand finished and there may be slight differences between items. Some products are hand finished to look distressed – this will vary from products to product and is a design feature not a defect.
Every effort is made to ensure that the products we supply correspond as closely as possible to those displayed in our brochure but there may be slight variations. These are part of the unique features of our products and may include, for example, slight variations in finish or fabrics from different batches.
Choosing Your Furniture. Most of our furniture is supplied ready assembled and care should be taken in ensuring there is a suitable clear access to your chosen rooms. Certain ranges can be disassembled to aid positioning and some ranges of wardrobes can be supplied dry jointed (double and triple wardrobes) if Kingstown is notified at point of ordering.
Certain wardrobes in our semi-fitted bedroom ranges require cornices to be ordered separately and reference should be made to the cornice chart, to ensure that the correct one is ordered.
